The Furnace: Concentric's Internal Production House

The Furnace is Concentric's internal production house with capabilities including executing end-to-end productions, post-production (retouching + editing), designers, UX/UI, an entire digital team and more. I managed a team of producers, associate producers, business affairs, video editors, and designers while also successfully leading over 100+ productions (both print and motion). I also helped grow the production house from 10 employees in 2019 to over 60 now in 2024.
